An Expression Session is an opportunity created “souly” for full creative expression of your essence.

Documented in video and/or photo to serve as a tangible reminder of YOU showing up for YOU.

Honoring you, and your unique story…wherever you are in it, and whatever that may look like. Every session is completely different and never looks the same. There are no rules or expectations of what it “should” look like here.

Perhaps you are a creative or entrepreneur letting your talents and heart-based mission be seen and celebrated.

Or maybe you have a story about struggling with body image and are ready to rewrite a new story- declaring your right to exist in photographs…as you are…without needing to change a single thing!

These sessions are documentary in style and allow for a range of authentic emotions/expressions to come to the surface…honoring every facet that is you.
